CFA is seeking Master's level Mental Health Clinicians to join our growing team in Mid-Eastern Connecticut.
Requirements of the Mental Health Clinician Master's Degree in Social Service or related field (MSW, Marriage & Family Counseling, MA in Counseling, Psychology, etc.
Mental Health / Counseling Experience (clinical internship) Must be a licensed mental health counselor (LMSW, PCa, MFTa, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Responsibilities of the Mental Health Clinician Treat and diagnose clients Develop treatment and diagnostic plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary, clinical team Actively participate in supervision Complete documentation in compliance with licensing requirements Benefits of the Mental Health Clinician 3 weeks paid vacation time, 12 sick days, 11 paid holidays, 5 personal days, and a paid winter holiday week shutdown period Medical & Dental Insurance Generous retirement plan contributions Training in trauma-informed approaches to mental health treatment Salaries begin at $50,000 for outpatient settings $52,000-$55,000 for community-based and child welfare programs.
An $8,000 sign-on bonus is being offered to successful candidates ($4,000 in your first month and $4,000 after 6 months).
Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
