Child & Family Agency (CFA) seeks a full time Behavioral Health Supervisor to be an integral part of the care team for the Urgent Crisis Center (UCC) at CFA.
The UCC is a free-standing behavioral health crisis stabilization program designed to triage, stabilize, and assess youth who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, and then link the youth/family to an appropriate level of care within the community.
This is a fast-paced environment that operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meet clinician competencies Support clinicians in meeting productivity expectations Support day to day operations of the UCC Provide weekly, reflective and administrative supervision to direct report staff helping to support professional development and document using clinical supervision note template of choice Complete and review annual evaluations for direct report staff within agency standards Provide timely review of clinical documentation (within 24 hours) and provide sound feedback on documentation that adheres to clinical and licensure standards Perform tasks independently, consulting with supervisory team and peers as needed.
Work with a diverse group of staff.
Participate in general agency trainings (including, but not limited to:
TCI, Risking Connection, CPR/First Aid) Minimum
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Services or related field (MSW, MFT, MA in counseling, Psychology, etc.
) Mental Health/Counseling Experience (clinical internship) Must be a licensed mental health counselor (LMSW, LPCa, MFTa, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Background in SUD/recovery preferred Benefits include:
