A is a young lady located in New London with her mother.
She is seeking supports on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 10:
00am-3:
00pm.
She would like supports with community inclusion and socialization skills.
She is looking to go to the beach, get her nails and hair done, shopping, going to the gym and occasionally attending a medical appointment.
Applicants must hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with no major violations in the last 10 years, motor vehicle insurance with a minimum liability limit of $100,000 Combined Single Limit or $100,000/$300,000 spilt limits, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
