GENERAL
Responsibilities:
The ANE-NPRF Project Specialist is responsible for the project coordination of the HRSA Advanced Nursing Education - Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship (ANE-NPRF) grant within CHCI's NP Residency Program team.
The Project Specialist is a key member of the NP Residency team and is responsible for needs analysis, development, design, implementation and evaluation of the grant activities and educational interventions as outlined in the ANE-NPRF grant with a particular focus on education for residents and program faculty.
SIGNIFICANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the overall planning, implementation and reporting on grant related activities for the ANE-NPRF grant project under the supervision of the Project Director and Program Manager.
Lead a group in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the didactic content including clinical faculty and subject matter experts.
Work with the NP Residency team and relevant clinical teams and staff to support in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new clinical field experiences.
Lead group in the planning and execution of one annual virtual case simulation in collaboration with CHC faculty and Yale School of Nursing - CHCI's academic partner.
Provide administrative, organizational, and technical support for residents and faculty.
Record and maintaining education intervention data:
attendance, didactics, case presentations, didactic schedule via web-based program, evaluation surveys.
Administer surveys and assist with data collection, analysis and evaluation.
Assist with training and onboarding of new faculty including conducting technology tests and providing technical support as needed.
Coordinate or manage the development of new education programs, such as assisting with onboarding new faculty members and participants, creating case forms, and marketing materials.
Organize and communicate with relevant faculty in all of their responsibilities including curriculum planning, case review, faculty meetings, content development, participant demographics, and continual improvement.
Support senior staff with grant planning, implementation and reporting, which may include writing parts of the grant applications or reports.
Create operational reports for external funders and supporting with other deliverables.
Attend regularly scheduled HRSA technical assistance calls for grant information, reporting and updates.
Participate in grant cohort collaboration with external grantee partners.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related field1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with project support experienceExperience with project coordination or program managementThis position is remote, but you must reside in ConnecticutThis Position is available for remote work.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
