Possess VALID Connecticut Security Officer License Have a VALID Driver's License Will apply for and secure a VALID TWIC card (apply at tsa.
gov) within the first 14 days of employment PAID PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AFTER 1ST WEEK OF WORK (also paid monthly training required) Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience - Higher Education is a plus Have reliable transportation Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check Be fluent in English (read, write and speak) Have basic computer knowledge Job Description (depending on post/site):
Access control at the security checkpoints/gates (training provided) Log incoming/outgoing traffic in accordance to regulations (training provided) Possibility of Patrols on foot and/or via vehicle (training provided) Port Security Services, Inc.
