Inside Sales Representative

The LabPulse Medical division of Energy Beam Sciences, Inc., a leader in Pathology Lab Technology for over 20 years, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell Pathology Laboratory Instruments, Equipment, Consumable Products and potentially full Labs to Medical Practices, Reference Pathology Labs, Research Labs and Hospitals. We seek a Technical person with a winning attitude who will push to make the calls necessary to find and close new business. Trainiing and/or experience in Biology, Pathology or Histology is REQUIRED. We are willing to train on the nuances of the industry as long as you have the basics. This is an office based position but some travel will be required.
The winning candidate will field inquires from around the U.S. and the world, driving sales of our LabPulse Division's Pathology Lab Solutions directly to Customers and through Distribution Partners. Our products make it posssible for Labs to deliver diagnostic results more quickly and efficiently, helping to improve the standard of care for Patients awaiting cancer diagnosis, while either reducing costs or creating new revenue streams for our Customers. Our solutions are relatively standard and reproducible, but a consulative approach to selling is critical to fitting the correct solution to the customer, as well as uncovering additional opportunities. You must be adept at working with highly analytical people, thinking on your feet, and creative negotiating. To the qualified candidate we offer the following:

Identify and qualify sales opportunities, maintaining an active and balanced pipeline
Close on a high percentage of opportunities
Operate efficiently and cost effectively, using technology in lieu of travel to get in front of customers
Think quickly and make sound decisions on the fly
Effectively manage multiple opportunities
Understand Client needs and perceptions to help guide development of effective marketing strategies
Requirements:
Strong desire to succeed financially

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biology or related field
Superior problem solving skills
Comfortable assimilating and communicating highly technical information
Trainable and Coachable
Experience with medical instruments/equipment sales to private medical practices is preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
