SUPERVISORY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Inventory Management Specialist experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service assisting in overseeing the command wide Inventory Accuracy by ensuring accuracy of data entry, maintaining of inventory custody, and properly accounting for exceptions directly impacting overall readiness and support operations . Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties:
1) Conduct extensive and exhaustive searches for information to reconstruct records for supply/transportation transactions; 2) Apply knowledge of inventory accuracy policy and physical inventory, location survey, and quality control procedures to review, evaluate, and improve accountability procedures; 3) Utilize methods and techniques for planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of supply programs; and 4) Conceive, develop, and implement innovative procedures/methods to increase managerial effectiveness. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
